Submitting a CV, joining the Talent Network, applying for a vacancy or submitting a recruitment brief does not create an employment, agency, consultancy or client relationship and does not guarantee an interview, placement, hire or service engagement.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose.

4. Vacancies and third-party information

Vacancy details may change, be withdrawn or close early. Where Goldspace recruits for a client, some information is supplied by that client. Goldspace may correct or update published information without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, interfere with website operation, scrape personal information unlawfully, impersonate others or use the service for fraudulent purposes.
